Live Well.
“Living well” is about igniting your inner light and keeping it shining. It’s about finding out what drives you, the things that bring you most joy and the ways in which you can live that to its fullest. In the Live Well Live More community we believe that in order to do that, in order to understand what your purpose is and to truly live it, you need to put your own needs first. When you feel your best physically and mentally, you are more resilient, energised and focussed. It starts with you body; making sure you are physically resourced to do the inner work. This isn’t just about building physical strength, it’s about reducing any external factors that can distract you from your inner work. We do this through a combination of Movement and Mindfulness - physical exercises to help you to feel grounded and strong in your body and mindful practices that will bring serenity and clarity of mind. From this place of physical and mental strength we can start to work on Motivation through coaching and reflection to build your self-awareness, a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve and a blueprint for how you’re going to do it.
